L3Harris Appoints ATI Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer Kimberly Fields to Board of Directors
MELBOURNE, Fla., Oct. 22, 2026 — L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) has announced the appointment of Kimberly Fields, the Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ATI, Inc., to its Board of Directors.

At the age of 56, Fields took on the role of ATI Board Chair in May 2026, building on her leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer, positions she has held since 2024. She joined ATI in 2019 as Executive Vice President of the Flat Rolled Products Group and has since progressed to lead ATI’s operating segments, Advanced Alloys & Solutions and High Performance Materials & Components. She became Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and was elevated to President in 2023.
Prior to her tenure at ATI, Fields was Group President of Industrial and Energy at IDEX Corporation, which specializes in fluidics systems and specialty engineered products. Her extensive leadership experience also includes roles at EVRAZ North America, GE Energy, Alcoa, The Boston Consulting Group, and Owens Corning, focusing on operations, manufacturing, strategy, and commercial leadership.
