L3Harris to Provide Communication Systems to Support German Forces
ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 24, 2026 — L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) has secured two Foreign Military Sales orders for its Falcon® systems aimed at bolstering Germany’s Digitalization – Land Based Operations (D-LBO) and supporting the needs of special operations forces.
Chris Aebli, President of Mission Critical Communications, Communications & Spectrum Dominance at L3Harris, stated, “The battle-tested Falcon systems will enhance German forces’ secure, interoperable communications with European Union and NATO allies. These software-defined systems and robust waveforms will give German soldiers and special operators more reliable connectivity under any circumstance – in all regions of the world – with the flexibility to add capabilities as needed through simple software updates.”
The orders are projected for delivery later this year, continuing L3Harris’s long-standing partnership with the German armed forces. This latest procurement is part of multiple orders received under the D-LBO program, and the company will persist in providing in-region support and expertise to its German customers.
