The company has introduced a Compliance Program (CP) that aligns with the guidelines established by the Fair Trade Commission.
The CP serves as an internal compliance framework and code of conduct, designed to prevent violations of fair trade laws while autonomously managing associated risks. KAI has designated the Head of the Business Ethics Department, an Executive Vice President, as the manager of this Compliance Program, overseeing the associated CP council.
Through the efforts of the CP council, KAI is dedicated to raising awareness about ethical standards among its executives and employees, promoting a culture of cooperation that benefits both the company and its partners.
