KONGSBERG enter into agreement for purchase of own shares for employee share programme

KONGSBERG has entered into a mandate agreement that enables DNB Markets to commence the purchase of shares as part of an employee share program, starting approximately on 23 November 2026 and concluding on 20 December 2026. Should the trading volumes defined by the safe harbor regulations prove insufficient to complete the program within this timeframe, the purchase period may be extended by an additional 30 days; however, it will not exceed the limits established by the power of attorney granted.

The total funds allocated for this initiative will be determined by the overall commitments from participating employees, yet it will not surpass MNOK 220.

The shares purchased will later be distributed to employees who opt to participate in the program. Notably, DNB Markets will make decisions regarding the timing of the share purchases independently, without any influence from KONGSBERG.

All purchases will adhere to current securities laws and regulations, along with the existing power of attorney authorized by the Company’s General Assembly for the acquisition of its own shares.
