Festival Vibes Meet World‑Class Aerospace Action | Dubai Airshow

DUBAI, UAE – 9th October 2025 – Prepare for an exhilarating five days as SkyView makes its much-anticipated return to the Dubai Airshow 2025, scheduled from 17–21 November at Dubai World Central (DWC), Dubai Airshow Site. This year’s event promises to be more thrilling than ever, inviting families, students, and aviation enthusiasts to partake in a vibrant festival enriched with spectacular flying displays, live entertainment, games, street food, theatre performances, workshops, and opportunities to meet astronauts.

The grandstand will cater to 5,000 spectators each day, ensuring an exhilarating experience filled with breathtaking aerial performances. Attendees can look forward to dynamic displays featuring roaring military jets, sleek commercial aircraft, cutting-edge eVTOLs, UAVs, helicopters, and private planes. Those desiring a more luxurious experience will find solace in the VIP lounge, providing comfortable seating and exceptional views of the aerial displays.

On the ground, the excitement continues with live main stage entertainment, interactive workshops, and giveaways. Visitors can indulge in culinary delights at the Street Food Alley, showcasing a variety of international flavors. Notable brands such as Sprayground, Fidu Properties, Dubai Duty Free, Green Line Power, Kibsons, Virgin Megastore, Stanley, Garmin, JIMMY, and AMIT Care will contribute lifestyle activations, adding to the festival’s energy, while military displays organized by the UAE Ministry of Defence will provide unprecedented close-up views of advanced aircraft and technology.

“At this year’s Dubai Airshow, I am unveiling one of my most daring creations of an 11-meter gold Sprayground helicopter connected to a six-meter Sprayground pop-up shop. This immersive art installation transforms the spirit of travel and exploration into a living experience, bringing our world of creativity, luxury, and style to life like never before,” said David Ben-David, Founder of Sprayground.

For younger attendees, SkyView offers a unique blend of education and adventure. The STEM-aligned education program, tailored for ages 8–17 and executed in collaboration with One Giant Leap Middle East, will feature engaging rocket-building and astronaut-training workshops. Aimed at igniting enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, the program will see thousands of school students participating through field trips.

“One Giant Leap Middle East is honored to be part of SkyView at the Dubai Airshow. Through this platform, we aim to inspire the community to explore aerospace and create opportunities for lifelong learning in science, technology, and space exploration,” stated Jackie Carpenter, Founder of One Giant Leap Middle East.

SkyView also provides an unforgettable opportunity for attendees to meet astronauts in person, listening to their incredible stories. The event will feature notable figures including Rabea Rogge, the first German woman in space; Claude Nicollier, the first Swiss citizen to orbit the Earth; and Sian Proctor, the first African-American female commercial spaceship pilot, offering tales of space missions and insights into the future of exploration.

“I am thrilled to be attending the Dubai Airshow as the first woman commercial astronaut mission pilot. In 2021, I flew to space with SpaceX’s Inspiration4 mission, and since then the Airshow has been at the top of my bucket list for its strong focus on space exploration. I look forward to meeting people from across the aerospace community, experiencing Dubai and the UAE for the first time, and inspiring future generations to pursue an inclusive and diverse future in space. The Dubai Airshow is the perfect platform to inspire individuals of all ages to reach for the sky – and beyond,” expressed Sian Proctor.

Additionally, attendees can enjoy a theatre adaptation of “Around the World in 80 Days,” produced by Outside The Box Events in collaboration with h2 productions. This engaging, interactive performance combines adventure and education, addressing themes of science, geography, sustainability, and aviation.

“Inspired by the original text by Jules Verne, this production has been thoughtfully reimagined as a dynamic piece of Theatre in Education. Aligned with the school curriculum, it celebrates the UAE’s rich contributions to global aviation and sustainability, offering students an engaging educational experience linking literature, history, and contemporary values,” said Lucinda Brown, Head of Business Development at Outside The Box Events LLC.

Expected to attract 20,000 visitors across five days, SkyView continues to be a cornerstone of the UAE’s aviation success narrative. With each iteration, the event builds on the last, solidifying its status as one of Dubai’s most anticipated festivals that inspires the next generation of aviation leaders.

As ticket sales go live through Virgin Tickets, SkyView 2025 promises to be an unprecedented festival of flight and fun. Standard tickets are priced at AED 30 for full access to the experience, while AED 60 VIP tickets offer fast-track entry, preferred viewing of flying displays, and exclusive access to the SkyView VIP Lounge.
