Roketsan – Roketsan showcases its high-technology defence systems at LIMA
Roketsan, Türkiye’s leading name in global rocket and missile technology, is making its presence felt at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) 2025 in Malaysia. The company is showcasing its advanced defense systems with the goal of establishing new partnerships in Southeast Asia.
This prestigious event, now in its 17th edition, is taking place from May 20 to 24 on Langkawi Island, attracting a diverse array of companies and visitors from around the globe. Roketsan, which ranks among the top 100 defense firms worldwide, is exhibiting a comprehensive range of technologies, from Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle (UCAV) munitions to anti-tank systems, cruise missiles, and air defense solutions, all aimed at fostering collaboration in the region.
Roketsan Chief Executive Officer Murat İkinci remarked on the significance of their participation: “As a company that designs, develops, and manufactures a full spectrum of rocket, missile, and munition technologies required by modern armed forces, we are proud to showcase our standout systems to our Southeast Asian partners at LIMA 2025. The company is making a notable impact at LIMA 2025 by displaying a broad array of state-of-the-art defense systems. Highlights of their exhibition include MAM-T and MAM-T IIR from the UCAV munitions family, the UAV-230 Air-to-Surface Ballistic Supersonic Missile, CİRİT Laser-Guided Missile, KARAOK Short-Range Anti-Tank Missile, and the L-OMTAS Laser Guided Medium Range Anti-Tank Missile System. Additionally, the UMTAS-GM Long Range Anti-Tank Missile System and the L-UMTAS Laser Guided Long Range Anti-Tank Missile System are featured prominently in their anti-tank portfolio.
Roketsan is also showcasing its naval capabilities with the ATMACA Anti-Ship Missile, ÇAKIR Cruise Missile, and SOM Stand-Off Missile, along with air defense solutions including the SUNGUR Air Defense Missile, HİSAR-A RF, and HİSAR-O RF Air Defense Missiles. The SİPER Long-Range Air and Missile Defense System and the National Vertical Launcher System (MİDLAS) further emphasize the company’s innovative offerings. Among the notable solutions exhibited at Roketsan’s booth are the TEBER Guidance Kit, ORKA Next-Generation Lightweight Torpedo, and the BURÇ Air Defense Missile System.
