Northrop Grumman Appoints New Country Executive for Germany

BERLIN – July 16, 2025 – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has made a strategic appointment with the selection of Stephanie Willmann as the company’s inaugural country executive for Germany. In this newly established role, Willmann will spearhead Northrop Grumman’s commitment to enhancing support for the Bundeswehr while focusing on delivering mission-critical capabilities to German and NATO forces and fostering reliable partnerships within the local industry.

Stephanie Willmann, Country Executive, Germany

Before her appointment at Northrop Grumman, Willmann held the position of Country Director for Germany at Rolls Royce and has served in various customer-facing leadership roles at Rheinmetall. Her academic credentials include a bachelor’s and a doctorate in International Relations from the University of Cologne, as well as a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Her diverse background in defense includes lecturing at the Royal Military Academy of Sandhurst in England, completing a fellowship at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and chairing the Committee on International and European Affairs of the German Defense Industry Association (BDSV). Willmann’s extensive experience in defense operations was acquired during her tenure at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Belgium, with the Kosovo Force, and at the Bundeswehr Transformation Center within the Department for Strategic Foresight.

Northrop Grumman LITEF, the company’s subsidiary in Germany, will continue to function independently under its existing leadership as a premier provider of inertial navigation and stabilization solutions.
